Effect of human insulin and insulin analogue on some inflammatory markers and total antioxidant capacity in a sample of Iraqi type 1 diabetic children and adolescents

 Aim study: This study designed compare between each on high sensitive C-reactive protein interleukin-6 total antioxidant capacity sample Iraqi diabetic children adolescents.
 Study design: was enrolled fifty-one adolecence age range (6-18) year. patients allocated into two groups, Group (1) includes 20 assigned receive conventional (regular NPH), (2) (insulin aspart glargine) for three months. inflammatory markers measured at baseline after months intervention.
 Results: After treatment, both groups did not affect sensetive C_reactive (hs-CRP) significantly from 3 Only reduced Interleukin-6 (IL-6) significantly, while level IL-6 but it statistically significant. therapies (TAOC) significantly; however, had higher reduction percentage (15.1% vs. 5.7%) compared insulin.
